- If you don't have insurance: $100
- If you do have insurance, we can submit the online visit to your insurance. Many insurances do cover Telehealth visits in full or partially. So we will collect the $100 upfront, and issue a refund for any amount you overpaid.
- How long will it take Dr. Lee to come up with a treatment plan?
- 1-3 business days
- May I ask Dr. Lee a question before or after my visit is diagnosed?
- Yes, you can send a message to Dr. Lee before a diagnosis has been made and for up to 7 days after your visit is diagnosed. To send a message, click on the “Message Provider” button at the bottom of the Visit Details page. If you have questions about a different skin condition, please create a new visit or schedule an office appointment.
